Lily guesture sensitivity

Hello! Have you checked the gesture sensitivity settings yet? You can do that by pressing the screen to view the menu and swipe to the gear icon and tap> then tap on the 2 gear icons and swipe to Gesture sensitivity.

Yes high sensitivity. And long duration from timeout.

I have a same issue too. Just bought it today. 

Same thing happened to me too

Same thing is happening with mine, just got it today. Even waving or shaking won’t make it react. Have to tap hard 4-5 times on the screen for it to react. It’s on high sensitivity and long duration.

Hello! Have you checked the gesture sensitivity setting? Do you by chance have the "Do Not Disturb" feature on? Have you set the user settings to the correct wrist? If none of these settings make a difference, please let us know.

Yes, I have done/checked all of the above. ‘Do not disturb’ is not on, it is set for correct wrist and it is set to a high sensitivity and long time out.
