I've been using the Garmin Lily watch for years, mainly to track my sleep and body battery. It has halped me a lot to improve my sleep and energy levels. I got the Garmin Lily 2, because I got tired of wearing the same watch for so long and it was not looking it's best anymore.
I've been wearing the new watch for about two months now and the sleep tracking feature is useless to me and that is the main reason I buy Garmin watches! I don't know how it's possible for a new model to get such software downgrade? Sometimes I sleep for two hours then I am awake for few hours then I sleep for few more hours. On my old Lily, the watch was loading my last sleep, then I check on body battery for example, when I fell asleep the first time, and manually changed bed time, then it calculated only the time I slept and also updated the grafic for deep sleep, REM, etc.,so knew the total time of sleep I got for the day.
When I try that with the new Lily 2, it is impossible to do this. If I manually change bed time, it will not upgrate the sleep graphic! It only adds light sleep for whatever time I add, despite me being awake for the most time.
This is the biggest issue, but there also other inconveniences. It vibrates sometimes when it shouldn't. And if I wake up before the scheduled time, it is impossible to turn off the sleep mode! I turn it off and in a minute is on again, it is very annoying! My previous watch just knew most of the times when I was asleep or not.
I don't know, I am very disappointed, I payed for an upgrade and it's not what I got! It's pretty much useless to me this watch. I am considering to start wearing the old one again. Please upgrade the software to be like on the old Garmin Lilly, because it just worked as intended!
