Hello.
Have had the Lily 2 for under a year and it's stopped charging. I've cleaned the contact ports on both the watch and charging cable and their condition looks very good. I've power cycled the watch several times as well. Each time it will receive charge for a few seconds, enough to turn on, and then stop charging. The cable is seated on the port perfectly. Have tried multiple outlets, power supplies (wall mounted, computer USB, etc.) and the problem persists. Please advise on any other solutions or next steps to resolve this issue.
