POTS and Lily 2 Classic RHR

I just got the Lily 2 Classic mainly to get data on my heart rate and for fitness, but because I have POTS and my RHR is abnormally high (usually tachycardic) it keeps saying I’m burning upwards of 4000 calories doing almost nothing but I can’t find a way to change the RHR in the settings but it seems to be an option for the Lily 2 Active? Do I need to get a different watch for more accurate readings?
