Hello!

My Lily 2 stopped working after the 5.02 update

After I installed the latest update on my Lily 2 watch (5.02), it has severe bugs, freezes, and works less then a day. I tried to turn off and on, reset to default settings - it didn't help. The support team didn't help as well. The previous version of the software is not available in the garmin express. I have no idea what to do. Please help

I am experiencing the same issue. Looked like the update was occuring last night and the screen immediately entered a death spiral of the white triangle. It's been doing it ever since. Support is not available…

How did you know it was the 5.02 update? I am able to connect my watch to a PC and Garmin Express says latest version is still 4.11

I know it was updating last night because I saw the symbol just before the white triangle cycle started. It's like the watch is stuck in a boot cycle.
