Exact same issue with me and it’s why I came to the forum. During an activity it will suddenly stop tracking heart rate and doesn’t start back up until I restart the watch. Started about a month ago, after a software update.
Same here. It's not monitoring HR at all. It stopped after an android system update but I wonder how it is linked to the watch itself (maybe watch also updated)
Same here and I've had it for less than three days. It stopped randomly while I was out and about and coincidentally it was as I was going to the gym so it basically rendered the watch completely useless. The sensors weren't lighting up or anything on the back.
I powered it down and powered it back up once I got home which kicked the reader back up again. So, I decided to try it again and after powering off and on a second time it wouldn't read my heart rate, despite the sensors lighting up, until I started the pulseoximeter.
Has anyone been in contact with the support about this?
