Problem

I installed the Lili 2, everything is fine, but the watch does not turn on when I move my hand, only when I touch it. What could be the problem??? Can't find it in the settings.

In Menu Settings, Display. Make sure gesture is set to "On" and check the sensitivity settings.

Gesture Mode: Sets the screen to turn on for wrist gestures. Gestures include rotating your wrist toward your body to view the watch. You can use the Only During Activity option to use gestures only during timed activities.
Gesture Sensitivity: Adjusts the gesture sensitivity to turn on the display more or less often. NOTE: A higher gesture sensitivity level decreases battery life.

Per numerous posts going back over a year, this appears to be a KNOWN problem. I just purchased the Lily2 a month ago and they have not fixed this issue. I reset the watch from settings, and it is working again. I found this workaround in one of the older posts. I hope I don't have to keep doing this every month!! Very disappointed and annoying.
