No steps registered on watch for a certain day - but they appear on the app

The other day, neither my watch nor the Connect app was registering some steps that I did at the end of the day. I wouldn't have minded, but that ended my streak! Anyway, after posting on Twitter, the US social media team amended my data.

But now, it's happened again. This time, the app is fine and has registered the steps - and the streak :) - but there are no steps AT ALL for the whole day showing on my watch itself.

I think there are some software bugs that need ironing out with the Lily 2. I previously had a Forerunner 35 for many years, and had no issues at all, but this is now my 4th issue with my brand new Lily 2.
