Can you have distance in miles AND temperature in Celsius on a Garmin Lily 2?

Is there a way to show distance in miles, but temperature in Celsius? I can only seem to make it miles+ Fahrenheit  --OR--  km + Celsius. So one or the other is always wrong (as far as I am concerned).
