On my half marathon training plan, while running, I don't understand the messages.

It says 'HR too high or low' and the numbers don't make sense to me. eg HR too low 2064. What does it mean? The numbers are always in the 1000s

I don't even have HR Alerts turned on, nevermind my HR clearly not being in the 2-3000s.

Sounds like its not able to take your reading. 2064 is probably the binary value.
Could be watch is not tight enough or sweat interfere? Perhaps there is another device that is more accurate/suitable to running you connect if serious about tracking it.
Though still a bug should be replaced with a message like 'unable to take HR'
