No watch face with a proper second hand or second timer, makes it useless for anyone in health care or other professionals

A real miss. My wife is a nurse and has a Garmin Lily She needs to measure in seconds while dealing with a patient. Not one of the watch faces has a second counter. The ones with a second hand don't have even a 360 set of dots for approximate timing . It's such an obvious miss in a watch focused on women please put options in for. a proper second hand watch faces and option for a counter (No she can't access the timer as she need the other hand for patient care. )Just fix this obvious mistake.

  • agree! I need a second hand for patient care as well. A few of the women's garmin's have faces w a second hand but it's hard to see and times out too quickly no matter how i set it

  • Perhaps it is an update, but at this time of writing, there is a face with a seconds counter as well as a few with a traditional seconds hand.

Alternatively the timer and or stopwatch could be used, and setting the shortcut to this option for quick access.  Not sure why you are suggesting she needs the other hand for it.  Start the timer when commencing obs - when finger is on pulse, lift wrist to look at watch as normal.  The timer can then be stopped after degloving or washing hands - or even at the end of the shift - let it run all day.
