Lily 2 active won’t stop randomly vibrating

I think it’s tied to my heart rate notice turned all that off for notifications. When it vibrates, there is nothing on the screen. It’s driving me crazy. How do I fix this?

I keep getting phantom vibrations, I look at the screen and there's no notification, nothing, I just see the clock. What is causing the watch to vibrate when I'm sitting and doing nothing? And no it's not the move alert because I turned that off. Is this a defective unit?

Nope. I’ve done everything I can, including reaching out to Garmin after extracting a file and sending to them to review. I was told it’s a software issue and “hopefully” will be fixed in the future.
