created workouts not sycing with watch

I selected some workouts from Connect app, but they are not sycing with my Lily 2 Active watch.I tried several times to force the sync. It keeps in giving me the same popup message. "This workout will be available when your Lily 2 Active completes syncing." Is this something that Lily doesn't do, but some other Garmins do.

  • The Lily2 Active does this.

    The message is just a confirmation message that syncing was triggered, it does NOT mean the syncing was unable to complete.  The message is being literal/exact - as in it will take you 1 second to read this message but the sync may take 3 seconds, so may not be done by the time you have read this and therefore false to state "workout available."  To be clear, you will not get a follow up "sync complete" message.  (When do a manual sync you can tell sync is complete when you see the green tick.)

    • So it's likely your assumption about syncing is false rather you are not sure where to look/find the workout.

      When you go to that activity type (say yoga), rather than simply having the option to "start" the activity, it will offer completing the workout instead.

    • Have you tried adding the workout from web instead?
      If that works maybe there is a bug in the app and installing the latest version would resolve it.
