@Garmin: Keypad number problems - wallet

Hi,

I have problems with the keypad esp the number 3 isn't regoznized for a few taps, I have to tap it like 3-10 times for it to get regonized. Can you please fix this problem?!

Anyone else having problems with the keypad numbers?

PS. Had the same problem with the Lily 2 which was fixed after an update.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing strange behavior with your keypad. please contact Garmin Support for the most efficient and detailed assistance. If possible I would take a video of the issue occurring and Send the Video to Garmin Product Support in preparation for the call. Please let the associate know you have done so.

Sorry but why do you need a video of this? I think it is quite obvious what I mean. The same problem appeared in the beginning with the Lily 2 and after aI posted it it was fixed some weeks later. No need for making a video and sending it. cumbersome....

I sometimes tap a number in the number pad for a PIN and it doesn't get regonized, I sometimes need to re-tap it many times. Esp number 3. Not really complicated?!
