Change to Celsius on Lily 2 Active. Already set to metric in app

I recently bought a Lily 2 Active.

I've changed my app settings to metric,and it's reflected there.

On the actual watch everything is still Fahrenheit and miles.

How can this be fixed?

On the watch while in the main screen, hold the lower right button to open Settings, then System > Format > Units > Temperature > Celsius
