Are you new to the ISM? I found that HRV took a while to populate. Once a baseline HRV was established though HRV has been recording successfully. Are you running the latest firmware and GC version?
No I've owned it for a while. I already had an HRV baseline established as shown in the screenshot. I'm not referring to the HRV delay but the complete lack of data. Everything is up to date.
Occasional missing HRV data does not necessarily indicate a problem with the device. Please ensure that the Index Sleep Monitor module pocket is laying flat against your skin, and that it isn't too tight.
