I've been using ISM for a couple of months. I have some problems with data synchronization.
Usually the sleep data + heart rate + hrv syncs to phone normally and then the data appears also on my watch.
Sometimes there's quite a long delay with the sync - this alone is not the problem.
The problem is that repeatedly I can't get HRV synced to my watch. I get the hrv to my phone ok, but it's missing from my watch. And because of that my HRV status is different in the watch compared to my phone. I've rebooted both phone and watch. I have unpaired them and paired again. I have started syncing manually from phone and from watch - still no progress. This problem doesn't occur every night but it's still annoying.
Anyone else with the same problem or anyone with a fix?
