index sleep monitor 3.82 high stress

3 nighrs since i wear index sleep monitor. high stress every night. unusual when using my tactix amoled. also high bpm. updated, reseted to factory defaults and also un pair and re pair with connect.could that be a firmware issue or a bad fitting position?. or i should lay it on the drawer untill the formware will got fixed?

It's possible the positioning is wrong and that is causing irregular readings for high stress. However, if your watch also detects the same then perhaps that is the readings for when you are sleeping. You can always check your heart rate zones and adjust them if needed.

the time i had the watch on sleep stress was low. i do like that. i turn off watch amd put ism on. i check that my connect mobile ahow my bpm sended by ism. can i keep both for comparison in the same time?

Same problem, after update to 3.82 stress is higher

update. i found the sweet spot. i guess it was the faulty wear. about update.. make sure you reset it and re pair.
