Garmin Index Sleep Monitor — Time Not Updated After Daylight Saving Change

Hi everyone,

Since the switch to standard time (winter time), my Garmin Index Sleep Monitor hasn’t updated its internal clock. It’s still showing the old daylight saving time, which makes all my sleep tracking data offset by one hour.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

  • Re-syncing it with Garmin Connect

  • Forcing a Bluetooth sync with my Garmin watch

Unfortunately, none of these seem to update the sensor’s internal clock.

Point right Does anyone know how to force a time update on the Index Sleep Monitor or if there’s a firmware update that fixes this issue?
