Can the monitor be worn on the inside of the arm or under the arm?

Can the band be worn so that the monitor is on the inside of the arm or so that it is under the arm?

I sleep on my side and the monitor leaves an imprint on my arm if I wear it on the outside of my arm.

 Short answer: Yes. I dont rotate it totally inwards, but more to the inside (like the guy in the video).
