I have a Garmin Index Sleep Monitor. I cannot get it to go into pairing mode. Please help.

When it is plugged in, it shows a solid green light. When I unplug it, it shows a slow flashing white light. I have tried tapping it multiple times, with no effect.

See the manual under "Re-Pairing the Index Sleep Band". Tapping the device (the heart rate sensor) 15 times worked for me, when the ISM had lost the connection to my phone.
