I have used the Sleep Monitor for 3 days and it seems to work correctly.
A have some question about the stress score, rest heart rate and the Sleep Monitor tutorial:
1. The stress core (from https://connect.garmin.com/modern/stress) is available on Garmin Connect Web but it is not available on the app. Is there a reason?
I also noted that the app has Calories In/Out but is it not available on the Web App.
Also, I would like to known if the stress score reported by the Sleep Monitor is similar to the value obtained from the Garmin Edge 530
2. The rest heart rate has been consistent at 39bpm.
However, when i measure the rest heart rate using a chest strap, seated and with controlled breathing, I usually got a value from 34 to 36bpm.
What is the correct RHR?
3. This is a personal suggestion. When I tried the tutorial on how to use the Seep Monitor, I found that the text changed too fast.
