PulseOx not synced to watch

The PulseOX data are not visible in watch widget. It’s not synced back from Sleep Index to watch. I can see the data in garmin connect app only

I've had my sleep index for 3 days. I've been getting the OX readings in GC. Just checked my fenix 8; nothing for the 3 nights of wearing the sleep index.

I've only had my ISM for one day, but while everything else synced fine I'm also missing the PulseOX score which shows in GC for last night on the watch.
