Index Sleep Monitor vs Forerunner 265

Hi. Curious to know what will be more accurate for tracking sleep. The Forerunner 265, which I wear pretty much 24/7, or the Index Sleep Monitor.

Note I have pulseOx turned off on my Forerunner due to the battery drain.

Thank you. Still curious about battery life of the 265 with PulseOx on at night vs. the Index Sleep, but good to know.
