I own an Index S2 scale since June 2024. It’s been tracking everything so far. 2 weeks ago (around Xmas day), the batteries were empty, so I replaced them. Since then, my scale is only tracking weight, and all the others metrics are not tracked anymore (body fat%/bones/muscles/water).
Im using high quality fully charged duracell batteries (the same I used before); I’ve also tried different brand of batteries. I’ve also tried to reset the scale, and to re-add my profile, but no luck.
Why did my scale suddenly stopped tracking some metrics, and what can I do about it?
