connected but cannot sync

Recently upgraded my network and had to reset all of my internet connected devices to the new network, including my Index S2. I first "removed" the old profile from my Garmin Connect app then tried to re-add it, following all of the reset procedures (bluetooth + pair code + find/add network + network password) and it appears to connect. Even showed back up on my Garmin Connect app. However, when using the scale and observing it "syncing" via the new connection, the new weigh-in does NOT show up in my weight history. I repeated and tried this process several times. Appears to connect and shows up on my Garmin Connect home page and phone app but no actual weigh-in data getting through.
