Index Scale 1. It has a wrench and wifi symbol

The scale stopped updating my weight to my account 3 months ago. I have reset the scale, and rejoined it to my account , changed the batteries, rebooted it, deleted it from my account using bluetooth and then re-added the wifi. The scale is confirmed connected to the router and has wifi traffic. I can see the scale in my app and on-line. Please assist!

  • Did you ever get anywhere with this? Realised my S1 hasn't been syncing since September, tried repairing, resetting, everything, but even though it pairs with Garmin Connect and I can see it connected to my network (I even set up a dedicated 2.4-only SSID for it) and that's its exchanged a small bit of data, but I can't get it past the spanner and flashing Wifi symbol.

  • My router seemed to have gone through an update and one of the new setting is blocking the scale internet traffic. I have it set up and working on my old router as have not been able to set aside enough time to fond a permanent fix. Tbh, I am sick of fiddling with this now temperamental scale - what a pain - all my other (i.e, many) IoT devices are not having an issue.
