I have a new Index S2 smart scale and I am trying to pair it unsuccessfully for a few days now.
I have checked the Wi-Fi requirements and as far as I can see everything is ok - WPA-2 2.4 GHz channel 1 etc..... my watch Venu 3S is paired to our network as is my husbands Fenix watch.
When I try to Add device in the Garmin Connect App, The App sees the scale ....I get the code on the scale which I enter then its seems to get half way then I get a message Pairing Failed.
I have reset the scale numerous times and done a factory rest numerous time, the Wi-Fi has been restarted, my phone restarted, Garmin connect deleted and reinstalled...
We have tried pairing with a new iPhone 16 and also on an older phone running the connect app
Now running out of ideas so any help would be appreciated otherwise the scale is being sent back
