My Index s2 scale is no longer tracking BF%, Bone, or Water%, i just bought it two weeks ago, the customer service just told me to change the batteries but its still not working, what should i do?

Please let me know what to update on my s2 smart scale so it can track, BF%, Water%, and Bone, it no longer even attempts to do that.
