The Wi-Fi error is not related to the hardware. Before updating the firmware to 3.30, the scales saw Wi-Fi networks and even connected to them every other time. This is how the 3.30 update was received. For this reason, local support cannot help. You need to update the firmware to the correct one. And you, as far as I understand, do not have new firmware.
