I’ve had the scales since later January. Should I request refund for new one? Tried to reset but no luck. There’s no on/off switch so I removed the batteries and ordered new batteries.

IF swapping out for fresh batteries and resetting the scale doesn't fix this, then contact Garmin Support directly to report the issue.
