Just got Garmin Index S2 scales, and it took me 2 days of trying to get data from them to Garmin Connect.
Several times it was successful, but than again no sync and red cross on the screen
I can see on my router that scales is connected to wifi, also garmin connect is showing that connection to wifi is established, but scales show red cross and now new measurements data on garmin connect and no info about weather - no connection to internet.
Already try reset, firmware update, create hotspot from mobile, create guest wifi with no security - same result.
I have Garmin Fenix 7 watches and my wife Garmin Venu - both have stable connection to Garmin connect.
