Hi,
I just got a brand new index S2 scale, which is not connecting to my garmin connect app
I have tried with different phones, updating all software to newest version, changed batteries, reset the weight with the button on the backside and more - nothing seems to work
It fails at the first connection steps, on the phone it says its attempting to pair, while it does that weight seems to reboot or something 2-3 times before i get a message on my phone that says it could not connect
Is it DOA - or is there something else i can try here?
