This is a fraud. I train 5 times a week, have a very low caloric intake, no ABS showing but not a belly......this things says 30%!?!?! Here I feel like an idiot for not reading about this scale before spending so much money on a faulty product.

See support document, section titled "My Body Fat Reading is Higher Than Expected" - Comparing Body Composition Data to Other Tests or Scales
Then go here to see how to update your bodyfat percentage. - Manually Updating Body Composition Data In The Garmin Connect App. You can use a known good measurement from a DEXA Scan or similar reputable source, or just enter what you believe it should be.
As noted on that page...
Once you enter new values for these body composition metrics and save your changes, they will be used as reference points for estimating new metrics each time you weigh yourself with your Index S2 Smart Scale.
If that doesn't work for you or is not acceptable, I recommend reaching out directly to Garmin Support.
