My index s 2 says I weigh 50 LBS, that is really far off. how can I fix this?

My index suddenly just says everything is 50lbs. I have tried to reset, update, everything. please help

Have you tried “Taring” your Index S2?

Is the measurement still appearing in pounds, or has it possibly been inadvertently changed to Kilograms or Stones?
