Index S2 does not recognize me

I have had the scale for a couple of years now

but when I started using it after an absence it no longer recognises me as the owner or any guests and it only shows weight info.

i have read all other threads and none offer resolution for this issue.

i have reset, there is comms on phone to app via blue tooth and Wi-Fi network I feel the issue is between the scale and the app

anyone?

I am having the same problem with my Index S2 scale. I've had it for only 2 months and it was working just fine with 2 user profiles on the scale. I've used it every 3 days with no issues, but when I used it this morning, it no longer recognizes me. When I tap the right edge of the scale to select my profile, all I can see are "?" marks, or guest icons. I wonder if there was a firmware update that caused this to happen?
