After unboxing and connecting Index S2 with app and succesfully configuring wifi connection, software upgrade was started.
I left scale to upgrade for almost one hour, when I checked, screen wass showing wheel with down arrov and progres 50%
It is still stuck there, I have tried with reset and it is the same.
