Pending connections error

I am trying to connect my wifes profile to the scale - but it keeps saying "you have reached the maximum of 5 pending requests permitted for your account. Add a device or try cancelling a pending request in order to invite more users to connect"

I cant see any more pending request when I follow the instructions to see them.

Any assistance appreciated.

Then it's possible your wife has reached the threshold of 5 pending requests in her own Garmin account. She will need to accept or reject all of them. Then send a new request.
