Synching problem

After working fine for several months, my S2 has started doing this most mornings . I step on it to wake it up but then it displays this. It just stays like this - I leave it for several minutes but nothing happens. Only way I seem to be able to resolve it is by deleting the device from my Garmin Connect app and then install it again (like it's a new device). Very frustrating having to do this every time I want to weigh myself.
Has anyone had the same issue and know why it is doing it please? SW version is 3.30

I have not had this issue. Sounds like a hassle to do this every weigh-in. If you haven't yet reset to factory defaults, I would do that. Then contact Garmin support.

Remove the S2 from the Garmin Connect app - More > Garmin Devices > Index S2 > 3 dots menu > Remove Device
Remove the S2 from the Bluetooth settings on your phone (if it exists)
Then follow the steps to factory reset - Returning the Index Smart Scale Series to Setup Mode

If still no joy, contact Garmin Product Support directly. My guess is that they'll walk you through the reset process, then go from there, depending on the warranty status.

I'm going to have to contact Support - it won't even reset back to factory settings. After removing the device from Connect and my Bluetooth settings and then pressing the reset button, all I ges this on the display which is not what I should be seeing according to the reset instructions ♂️
