Accidentally weighed under the wrong name, now the other user is no longer recognized because of the weight

Another user with a different weight accidentally weighed himself under my name and now the scale no longer recognizes me because I'm too light.

Is there a way to reset my weight or does it require resetting the entire scale?

If you tap the scale while it shows the wrong name, it should change names. Tap it until your name appears.

I've already tried this, but the other person was about 11 kg heavier and now the scale doesn't recognize that it could be me. That's why I can't change my profile by tapping.

I found a solution by standing on the scale with weights and doing so with less and less weight until the scale recognized my normal weight.
