Is it still broken?

The index scale is presently on sale and I’m wondering if it’s ok to buy it yet. Have Garmin fixed the body fat reading issue or is this device still broken on arrival? Thanks for any info.

    After updating several versions (currently 3.30), bodyfat has been more accurate on mine. Especially with the ability to adjust based on DEXA scan results. However, there are varying opinions on this. 

    If you're not sure, and you do decide to get the Index S2, make sure you're buying from a place that will accept returns after you've used it.
