Dear all,
is 3.30 a joke? Since it was installed automatically my scale is not transferring any data to Garmin Connect.
I have removed the WiFi and reconnected it, test is okay. But no data is transferred since Thursday.

3.30 broken since October 23rd 2024 tried all the recommendations, none works, no new software.
Well mine has decided to finally die. It worked this morning Oct 23 but this evening it would not sync. I tried the update and it showed I had 3.30.00. I tried resetting the device, deleting the device…
Mine also is suddenly not working out of the blue when I woke up this morning. I am hoping this is a server issue... all troubleshooting steps, did not resolve it for me.
Had the same issue since last night (Oct 23rd), Firmware 3.30.
Solution at my side: in my router (FritzBox OS 7.58) I deleted all unknown host entries (Home Network > Network / Heimnetzwerk > Netzwerk). After that it worked. Seems that Index S2 generated two (or more) entries which caused this problem at my side.
Add (6.20 pm): maybe only a 'lucky' coincidence...
Add (8.00 am, Oct 25th): Got a message from Garmin Support (in german), that the problem was solved by a server fix.
since 15th of October 2024 no sync is possible anymore due to WiFi connection
yesterday I used my smartphone to create a WiFi hotspot without WPA or WEP authentication, after deleting my former WiFi connection from the scale and adding the unprotected one, syncing is working again
and the reason??? not clear because too many changes from my side: another WiFi router, another SSID, another authentication method, another day, ...
Stopped syncing and Garmin Connect will not let me remove it to try to reinstall the device.
Try signing out of the Garmin Connect app, then sign back in. Try and remove the scale again. If it still won't let you remove it I would reach out to Garmin Support for assistance.
