The doctors measured my body fat to 13% and the S2 says 24.1%. What do I do wrong?

Nothing, other than expecting Garmin to be accurate. It's only good for weight.

Or in GC app, change you body composition in Index 3 settings.

Has this major issue been fixed yet? I’m holding back from purchasing this until it works correctly. If not can anyone  recommend better scales that can sync with Garmin Connect?

That's the thing that only a Garmin scale can do, at least directly (maybe Tanita).

Otherwise, if you don't mind jumping through hoops. For example, a scale that will sync to My Fitness Pal, then sync MFP to Garmin Connect. I used to use a Withings scale that could do this.

Thanks. I’ll think I’ll do this as it’s obvious Garmin are never going to fix this issue. 

Can someone from Garmin actually reply to this general issue that seems being going on for years? Just got the scale and obviously face the same issue. All other threads on this topics have been locked without any answer. You can’t leave customers who spent decent amount of money for what is advertised without carrying on providing the expected service.
