Index S2 scale not synced

Just connected S2 scale to new WiFi and it won’t sync. Pairing went ok and suggests it is all ok. Tried two different WiFi systems and neither cracks it. Tried a hard reset, no joy. Tried hot spot from phone, got into a mess with that. Looks like I am running 3.11 anyway which seems to be the latest version.
getting a tad fed up of resetting this. It seems to be trying to connect to something but times out. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

That doesn’t work for me either. I’m finally giving up on this scale, even after a replacement was sent to me. This syncing issue persists no matter what (even when changing phones to set up/sync with, splitting the network etc) I’ll wait for an s3 to be released. I’ve lost all faith in the s2.
