Are there any updates to the instructions on how to manually update a new scale from software 2.08 that it came with? I haven't been able to get my scale to transmit data or update, though I've tried multiple times
The scale doesn't transmit any data to my Garmin Connect after set up, though Garmin Connect tells me that I am connected successfully and the scale is successfully connected to my wifi. I have a router that has a 2.4 Ghz option and a 5 Ghz option that will automatically switch to 2.4. It is a two year old TPLink Gaming router that is Wifi 6. Is that the issue?--it is backward compatible with many older devices on my network, including 2.4 Ghz only devices. I have tried multiple network options and security settings, including no security.
The scale doesn't display my name that I set up in the Garmin Connect and doesn't display anything but weight. It shows the weather screen but no data for the weather, no other measurements.
Garmin sent me a very unhelpful email after I emailed them telling them what I had tried. Obviously no one reads the first email you send. I've replied but hope someone sees this post. See the following:
