Index S2 Smart Scale Failing to connect with Bluetooth

I received this scale last week and it worked perfectly for a couple days. Since then, however, it will not connect with bluetooth.  I tried restarting my iPhone, but that did not help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. If it won't connect soon, I will be sending it back. Thanks!
