What is the latest software ? I have 3.11.00 , can't sync. is there another one that correct the sync?

Since May, the scale is not synchronizing.

tried to software upgrade ... but it doesn't want

my current software is 3.11.00 XIP version 311 Wifi FW Cert 291:7

Anyone has a higher number than 3.11.00 ?

Hi, I have the same versions and the scale does not find any Wifi network anymore. I tried with hotspot on Samsung 23, iPhone XR, 2 NetGear AP's and my router with different network settings.
