Index 2 scale gets disconnected then loses all its history data. Why? Can it be fixed?

The index 2 scale gets disconnected. Then I have to repair it. After repairing it, it loses all history data. Even though it was synced the day before. The online data store should push back to the scale for historical data. The scale should at least have a month's worth of data on it at all times. Please for next version please implement.

  • Seems odd that this would occur. I've had the Index S2 since November 2020. I've disconnected it a few times (new phone, reinstall GC, etc) but still have all historical data since day one. My only thought is that maybe you've signed in with a different Garmin account after reconnecting.

    Have you also checked your weight history on Garmin Connect Web - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/weight
