I can not get my Index 2 to pair with my iphone 12 pro max. I have reset, restarted,reinstalled. It fails halfway through the progress bar everytime. I enter the code and nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Same problem with iPhone 11. Nothing works, after I enter the code… pairing failed.

I contacted support and something about a batch with some software issues. I am exchanging and hopefully get a working one.
