Adding a Garmin JR profile

I just bought this scale as an existing Garmin user and added it no problem

My daughter (9) has a Bounce and I have a profile for her on Garmin JR... How do I add her to this scale please?

I also have this question, I have two kids set up in the family account but can seem to add them to my index 2.

My guess is that Garmin has policies regarding underage accounts, whether this is by design or just an oversight. I suggest reaching out directly to Garmin Support.

FWIW, I'm easily able to add a connection to my Index scale, but they are all "normal" accounts that have nothing to do with the Garmin Jr. profile.
